What Our Warranty Covers

• Repairs: All repair services performed by our technicians are covered for 3 months from the date of service.

• Parts: Any replacement parts we provide and install are also protected under our 3 month warranty.

• If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we’ll return and fix it at no additional cost to you.

Warranty Conditions

To ensure fairness and reliability, our warranty is valid under the following conditions:

• The warranty applies only to the specific repairs and parts provided by Thornhill Appliance Repair.

• The appliance must be used according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, power surges, or external factors is not covered.

• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and service performed.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue with your repaired appliance within the warranty period:

1. Contact us 

2. Provide your service details (date of service and invoice number, if available).

3. Our team will schedule a technician to assess and resolve the issue promptly.
